We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to oversee and manage our fleet operations within Tennessee. This vital role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, optimizes fleet performance, and maintains seamless logistics workflows. The Fleet Specialist will coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety standards, manage regulatory reporting, and ensure the safety and good condition of our fleet. Duties and Responsibilities Vehicle maintenance oversight : Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet inspections to maximize uptime and control costs. Safety and compliance : Enforce company and Amazon safety policies; oversee vehicle inspections, incident reporting, and corrective follow‑up. Inventory and asset control : Manage keys, handheld devices, fuel cards, and other fleet assets; ensure accurate record keeping. Cross‑functional coordination : Liaise with dispatch to ensure availability of vans for routes. Continuous improvement : Identify process improvements, implement standard work, and lead initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
