About the Role Are you a skilled technician or logistics professional looking to manage your own schedule? We are expanding our network of independent service providers to handle high-demand delivery, professional assembly, and equipment maintenance projects for residential customers. Responsibilities Execute professional assembly of fitness equipment, basketball systems, and outdoor furniture to meet manufacturer standards. Provide reliable last-mile delivery services for home goods, ensuring products arrive safely and on time. Perform on-site repairs and maintenance for various home and fitness products using provided components. Utilize mobile technology platforms to manage job status, document completed work, and communicate with dispatch. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and precise installation techniques. Operate and maintain your own equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and appropriate transport vehicles. Qualifications Required Skills Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Proven experience in assembly, installation, or mechanical repair. Ability to perform physical labor and handle heavy items safely. Possession of an active EIN and ability to meet insurance/liability coverage requirements. Proficiency with smartphone applications for order management and reporting. Preferred Skills Previous experience operating cargo vans, sprinters, or box trucks. Background in logistics, furniture installation, or fitness equipment servicing. Strong problem-solving skills for complex assembly or repair tasks. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on every job site.
