Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify shipment contents and resolve discrepancies. Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. Unload, unpack, and accurately document received goods. Coordinate warehousing of received items. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistics issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with the logistics team to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Identify and address safety hazards, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements:
