A Logistics Technician assists with warehouse storage and distribution of supplies, equipment or materials needed by a company or organization. Receives goods, manages inventory and database records; may assist with procuring supplies and resolving customer issues.
Utilize hand-held scanner to perform cycle counts, scan inventory, scrap parts, and perform a wide range of material flow decisions.
Communication:
Daily communication with PC Teams to resolve issues related to inventory variances, cycle count results, obsolescence management, and anything impacting
CIGMA/WMS.
Training & Development:
Train new associates on standard work, OMS, safety protocols, and operational systems.
Flexibility:
Must be flexible to work on a wide range of tasks, occaisional weekend support, and weekly trips to our offsite warehouse in Morristown. Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs): Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, order pickers, tuggers, and other industrial equipment.
Operational Assistance:
Support leadership during internal and external audits by providing documentation, insights, and operational support.
Associate Support:
Fill in for absent team members to ensure uninterrupted workflow and productivity. Preferred Skills Experience performing Cycle Counts in WMS environment. Experience in logistics warehouse operations Strong understanding of OMS, standard work and warehouse management systems (WMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially Microsoft Teams High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:
6 months DENSO experience by service date High School diploma or equivalent Must not be on active discipline •Resume
