$52,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

PMeducation:

AssociateResponsibilities Quote, route, track, and trace high-velocity air and ground domestic freight shipments daily. Proactively communicating shipment updates, resolving problems before they become issues, and managing vendor/carrier compliance. Handle high-consequence, date-and-time-specific shipments (including Next Flight Out (NFO) and high-value cargo) with absolute accuracy. Keep operational metrics sharp by compiling weekly and monthly KPI reports, managing defect codes, and verifying carrier weights. Assist local sales teams and domestic offices to smooth out any freight hiccups, ensuring flawless cross-department billing by month-end.
