Abilene, TX (Travel to Active Jobsites Required) About Trafalgar Homes Trafalgar Homes is a growing residential developer and builder specializing in multifamily communities throughout Texas. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Construction Logistics Coordinator & Site Support to help keep our construction projects running efficiently. This is a hands-on role that combines construction logistics, inventory management, and field support. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate material deliveries, organize inventory, support jobsite operations, and ensure crews have what they need to stay productive. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced construction environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Coordinate deliveries of construction materials, including flooring, granite, HVAC equipment, and other bulk purchases. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Coordinate crane days and large material deliveries. Maintain organized shipping containers and material inventory across multiple jobsites. Track inventory, shortages, and damaged materials. Coordinate transport of materials in between jobsites Stage materials for subcontractors and upcoming buildings. Transport materials and supplies between jobsites as needed. Support Superintendents with inspections, punch work, and general field operations. Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move construction materials safely. Forklift, telehandler, or skid steer experience is a neccesity.
