Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for individuals that possess drive and initiative. Someone who will connect with our mission of serving the Veteran patient. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB), we recruit candidates that will go above and beyond for our veteran community. This will allow you to experience the challenges, rewards, and opportunities of working for one of the country's largest Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Businesses.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and support the flow of products, orders, and information across the supply chain. Research, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions impacting order fulfillment and customer experience. Coordinate with manufactures, distributors, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain visibility into inventory availability, backorders, allocations, and supply chain disruptions. Monitor and support electronic order processing and related transaction workflows. Create, maintain, and distribute operational reports that support business decisions and customer requirements. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and operational review. Communicate supply chain updates, product availability concerns, and operational impacts to stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, accuracy, and customer experience. Assist with special projects and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
