Production Planner

Requirements:

Associate's degree in administration management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in MRP (Manufacturing Materials Planning), Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Aerospace experience Experience with supplier relationship management Good at math and statistics SAP - advantage

Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Planner to prepare orders for production according to demand schedules and quality standards. This role is essential to ensuring goods are produced on time and in a cost-efficient manner for distribution. As Production Planner , you will develop a strong understanding of production procedures, maintain organization, and apply problem-solving skills to optimize workflow. You will collaborate closely with various teams within the warehouse and operations center, making strong teamwork and communication skills essential. Our goal is to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow while fostering a collaborative team environment.

What you will do:

Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products Plan and prioritize operations on work orders IAW with drawing requirements and quality standards. Determine equipment, raw materials and part availability needed for production WIP Monitor and report on important changes in sales order and work order revisions Address demand-related issues to management in a timely and effective manner Monitor jobs to ensure on time completions. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption Organize workflow by preparing WIP to support given customer product delivery schedules Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
