Core Responsibilities Oversee and provide status updates on work-in-progress orders, specifically tracking aging, shortages, and release schedules. Facilitate daily manufacturing operations by actively monitoring material availability and tracking order progression to ensure team success. Verify that all production documentation is precise and comprehensive prior to the commencement of kit assembly. Adjust and refine production orders to optimize workflow and maintain balanced capacity across the floor. Assist with inventory reconciliation and process enhancement initiatives to help streamline overall production coordination. Required Qualifications High school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred. Possess 3 to 5 years of background in production control or manufacturing planning, ideally within the electronics sector. Demonstrate a solid understanding of electronic component manufacturing and the associated production order lifecycles. Utilize data analysis skills and planning software to help the team achieve more accurate production outcomes. Bring experience from warehouse settings and demonstrate proficiency in using various inventory management systems. Schedule and Logistics The role is based on-site with a maximum pay rate of $34 per hour. Employees operate on a 9/80 schedule, with day shifts running from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday, including every other Friday off. Under this 9/80 arrangement, staff complete 80 hours over a two-week cycle, consisting of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one scheduled day off every other week.
