As a Senior Supply Chain SME / Supply Chain Analyst, you will provide deep functional expertise across planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing support, vendor management, and Oracle ERP/WMS integration, helping lead process redesign, benchmarking, stabilization, and technical analysis for one of the federal government's most mission-critical manufacturing operations. Role Responsibilities Support end-to-end supply chain stabilization, including targeted process improvements, inventory reconciliation, and elimination of manual workarounds Contribute to supply chain strategy, governance, and KPI development, including RACI matrices and risk/gap assessments Build and maintain performance baselines, dashboards, and benchmarking analyses against industry standards Develop and refine supply and demand planning processes, including 12-month rolling forecasts and automated reorder logic Support sourcing and procurement strategy, including item segmentation and acquisition package development Analyze and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP modules (Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning) and support ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration Contribute to manufacturing efficiency initiatives, including downtime analysis, predictive maintenance, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking Support vendor management, supplier scorecards, and risk monitoring frameworks Prepare clear, well-supported technical documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures for government stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field 8-10+ years of specialized supply chain experience Demonstrated expertise in supply/demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement strategy, and workflow redesign Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS supply chain modules (Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management System) Ability to prepare clear, accurate technical documentation and reports under government-standard timelines Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass USG background investigation, fingerprinting, and financial/credit history review (this position is designated
HIGH RISK
under federal IT/data-handling criteria) Willingness and ability to work on-site full-time at the Washington, DC or Fort Worth, TX facility (no remote/telework) Desired Qualifications
•Prior experience supporting federal government or large-scale regulated manufacturing operations Experience with benchmarking frameworks, vendor scorecards, or supply chain KPI/dashboard design Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other supply chain automation tooling Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS/ASCM CSCP or CPIM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
