  • As a Sustainment Supply Technical Lead - Level 5, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission readiness of the world's most advanced fighter aircraft.
We are looking for a driven and experienced maintenance & logistics professional with a deep understanding of maintenance and military operations, particularly as they impact and are impacted by logistics supportability. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance on parts availability and their impacts to sustaining the F-35 fleet. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, maintenance, and logistics to improve processes, drive performance, and ensure supply supportability.   • Key Responsibilities
  • + Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the impacts to supply supporting F-35 sustainment + Analyze supply chain performance data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement + Lead the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance readiness, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction + Provide expert guidance to logistics, supply chain, and maintenance personnel + Develop and facilitate training programs to support the F-35 fleet + Collaborate in the creation and refinement of logistics policies, procedures, and documentation •Basic Qualifications•+ Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or military operations, with a focus in aviation + Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience with logistics + Experience with supply chain analytics and/or performance metrics, including data analysis and reporting + Demonstracted experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers + Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders •Desired Skills•+ Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
+ Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Experience desired + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Sustainment Supply Experience is a plus

Full-Time Salary Range:

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
