This role is in the CPSG Operations function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality, and (ii) Assist customers with order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; provide standard customer service functions while managing inbound and outbound product flow for customer accounts. Work independently and collaboratively to meet operational goals and support continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all warehouse tasks in compliance with standard work procedures and company policies Manage inbound and outbound product flow for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Efficiently select, package, and dispatch parts in accordance with customer order specifications Conduct routine cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels Assist customers with order pickup and provide delivery support to customer locations Conduct basic to advanced modifications to customer products per specified requirements Oversee outbound shipment processes and ensure proper documentation and handling Respond to incoming telephone inquiries and perform administrative duties as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment by following all safety protocols and company standards Train team members on warehouse tasks using visual aids and standard procedures Identify process deviations and report them to supervisors for immediate resolution. Report damage to company equipment or infrastructure to ensure timely repairs and minimize safety risks. Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency and service quality operations. Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance, and work assigned shifts and schedules, including overtime as required. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams Protect CPSG's reputation by keeping information confidential Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Forklift Certification 3+ years experience in a high volume warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Experience handling specific customer accounts and coordinating logistics. Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to read and write in English Valid driver's license Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required by business needs Preferred Qualifications Yellow Belt Certification Prior welding/torch experience Familiar with warehouse management systems Proficiency in Spanish The pay range for this position is $22.16 - $34.46/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
