North Bound CSR

Overview We are seeking a dedicated North Bound Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients and partners, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless communication across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage northbound (cross-border) shipments Ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound freight Review and validate shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs documents) Communicate with carriers, warehouse teams, and customer service to ensure smooth operations Track shipments and provide status updates as needed Support inventory accuracy and system updates (WMS/SAP or similar systems)

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service within distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations (northbound experience required) Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes Familiarity with systems such as WMS, SAP, or similar platforms Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred High attention to detail and sense of urgency

Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance at all times Adhere to company dress code and safety requirements Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with drivers, carriers, and internal teams

Additional Notes:

Experience with automotive or high-volume distribution operations is a plus Candidates should be reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
