Starting at $ 23.00/HR•26.00 About the Role Adecco is partnering with a leading industrial distribution and manufacturinganization to hire a Production Planner in Lewisville, TX. This position plays a vital role in coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highlyanized, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Day to day: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Create purchase orders and manage purchase order acknowledgments to ensure the order can be fulfilled. Monitor open purchase orders through the open purchase order report. Expedite purchases bymunicating regularly with vendors. Create and confirm production orders. Utilize MRP lists to check purchase requisitions for all locations. Assist all locations with inventory management, ROP levels, usage and any production issues/inconsistencies. Communicate with the production and sales teams regarding status of parts for sales orders. Create deliveries, pick tickets and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. Effectively problem solve when we have supply chain or logistic issues. Utilize dynamics to create projects, update statuses, close out work orders, and add notes when applicable. with the cycle counts on an as needed basis. Perform other duties as needed and as assigned. Occasional overtime and some weekends
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
Experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management Experience with Order Management software, SAP is preferred. Highschool education or relevant experience This role would best be fit for someone who has a positive outlook and is a self-starter. Competency withputers, specifically MS Office, Excel and Dynamics. Ability to effectivelymunicate and articulate their thoughts. Goodanizational skills and ability to adapt on the fly.
Physical and Mental:
The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands/fingers to operate aputer, telephone, er, and keyboard.
Pay Details:
