We are a small, growing team looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Analyst to support our consultants and the smooth running of the business. Role Description The Analyst role at Ethylene Strategies International Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in The Woodlands, TX. Key Responsibilities Update and refresh PowerPoint presentations for regular client meetings with the latest charts, data, and analysis Maintain an organized library/database of slides and presentation materials and work with existing Excel models to keep these current. Prepare presentations and supporting meeting materials for client discussions Arrange client meetings and client entertainment events Assist with website content and updates Provide general office administration support, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating with office service providers Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the firm grows Qualifications Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, visualization software) Solid written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials. Background or coursework in economics, finance, engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Knowledge of energy, petrochemicals, or commodity markets is highly beneficial; willingness to learn sector-specific dynamics. Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. High level of integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
