Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities will be to assist the Inventory Management Specialist to maintain and analyze the Supply Rooms, PAR levels, ordering processes. Assures the System is appropriately functioning, when warranted, performs other functions such as; stocking, credits, department transfers, building Supply Rooms, picking cases/orders - including stock, ordering non-stock products, receiving, dock functions, handing crash cart process, finding and cleaning hospital equipment as needed. May be assigned to various Hospitals as needed to support Operations. Works collaboratively with Annex, Clinics, all Hospital Sites, Procedural and Patient Care Services, Materials Management staff to assure that departmental expectations are achieved while optimizing inventory and par levels
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED is required. Experience in a hospital setting, inventory management, warehousing is preferred. A Bachelors' degree with emphasis in materials management or procurement and acquisitions is a plus
