Full Job Description Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Invoices Provide customers with delivery status updates and invoice documentation Coordinate trucking and delivery schedules with logistics providers Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounting) to ensure order accuracy Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales operationsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or related roles preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Google Spreadsheet, etc.) Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Required) Previous office or customer service experience Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, etc.) This is a great opportunity for someone who is in an organized and detail-oriented office environment.
