Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Shipping/Crater to join their team. As a Shipping/Crater, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the shipping, inventory management, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Nights, Days (02:00-03:00) What's the Job? Fulfill outbound deliveries by identifying, picking, and staging sales orders generated within the SAP environment. Perform inventory posting and issue material tracking updates in SAP to guarantee accurate stock records. Manage system documentation by linking packing slips, delivery notes, and serial records directly to active SAP transport files. Audit inventory data through regular participation in physical inventory cycle counts to rectify discrepancies. Process parcel shipments utilizing platforms like FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip, generating labels and carrier paperwork. What's Needed? Minimum 2-3 years working in manufacturing, warehouse distribution, small-parcel routing, or logistics-focused settings. Proven competence utilizing SAP Shipping, Logistics Execution, or Inventory Management modules. Expert familiarity navigating FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip enterprise tools. Foundational knowledge regarding international shipping documentation, customs protocols, and material transport guidelines.
