Please visit our website to learn more; https://phenomllc.org We're looking to hire a Transition Assistance Program Clerk for a federal government client. •Position is contingent upon contract award•
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate Transition Assistance Program (TAP) appointments, workshops, and classes. Maintain accurate participant records and update required tracking systems and databases. Contact service members regarding TAP requirements, appointments, and program participation. Monitor organizational email inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Provide front desk reception services, answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct customers to appropriate personnel. Prepare, organize, and maintain TAP program materials and participant files. Send appointment and workshop reminders to program participants. Track workshop attendance and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with classroom preparation, training materials, and audiovisual equipment setup. Issue and track government-provided equipment used during TAP workshops. Support Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) operations when activated. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personally identifiable information. Provide exceptional customer service to military members, retirees, family members, and installation personnel. Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of Military & Family Readiness Center operations.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework or degree in a related field is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or data entry experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting military, Department of Defense (DoD), federal government, or military family support programs. Familiarity with military terminology, customs, courtesies, and organizational structure. Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, or coordinating training events. Experience with data entry in regulated systems Experience supporting educational, workforce development, career transition, or training programs. Veteran, military spouse, or prior experience working with military populations.
Certification/License:
N/A Software Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Security Requirements:
Selected candidates must successfully pass applicable background screening requirements and maintain eligibility for government installation access and network access throughout employment.

Hill Air Force Base, UT Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
