Manage raw material planning, procurement, supplier delivery performance, inventory levels, and inbound logistics for manufacturing operations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Production, Operations, or a related field Minimum of five years of raw material planning and inventory management experience Strong purchasing and procurement experience Experience working in factory, industrial, or manufacturing environments Experience supporting logistics and inbound material flow Experience using ERP forecasting and supply planning systems Experience with M3, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Experience with value stream mapping Experience with pull-flow systems Experience with Kanban Experience managing supplier delivery performance Experience maintaining material availability for production Preferred Skills
APICS CPIM
certification CPSM certification Experience optimizing inventory and working capital Experience reducing inbound logistics costs Experience with supplier performance metrics Experience with production planning and material requirements planning Job Responsibilities Plan and manage raw material requirements for manufacturing operations Ensure required materials are available in the correct quantities and at the required times Execute purchasing and procurement activities for raw materials Maintain inventory levels aligned with production demand Use ERP forecasting and supply planning tools to manage material requirements Monitor supplier delivery performance Identify and address material shortages and supply risks Coordinate inbound logistics and material deliveries Reduce inbound logistics costs Optimize inventory investment and cash flow Maintain supplier schedules and delivery requirements Apply lean manufacturing tools to improve material flow Implement and support value stream mapping, pull-flow, and Kanban practices Track raw material availability and inventory performance Coordinate material planning activities with production, logistics, and procurement functions
Pay:
