Full Job Description Overview:
Chenega Integrated Security Solutions (CISS) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Badging & Credentialing Clerk to support a Marine Corps law enforcement program. In this critical role, you will help ensure personnel, equipment, and credentialing processes operate efficiently and accurately within a secure environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the processing, tracking, and maintenance of law enforcement credentials, badges, and related documentation. Prepare, review, and coordinate credentialing packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements. Maintain sensitive personnel records and documents with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail. Assist with onboarding, credential renewals, updates, and administrative processing activities. Track and maintain inventories of supplies, equipment, controlled items, and program assets. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requests to ensure operational readiness. Assist with receiving, shipping, tracking, and distribution of equipment, materials, and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and provide reporting on inventory status and usage trends. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting logistics, administrative operations, credentialing programs, personnel processing, supply management, or related functions. Experience maintaining databases, records, inventory systems, or administrative tracking systems. Demonstrated experience coordinating shipping, receiving, tracking, or distribution of equipment and materials. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting military, law enforcement, federal government, or Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Experience with credentialing, badging, personnel security, or access control programs. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience working in a secure or classified environment. Familiarity with government procurement, logistics, or inventory management processes.
