Team members may work in shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, or other warehouse functions based on business needs and experience. Schedule Full-time positions Typically Monday through Friday Overtime may be available or required Shift differentials may apply for eligible 2nd and 3rd shift positions Position Summary Warehouse Logistics Associates play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position offers opportunities to learn multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and career development. Warehouse Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy. Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime. Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems. Physical Requirements Safely lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and twist. Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
