Overview VTG is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the

(V) Undersea Warfare (USW) Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hamtpon Roads, VA, and Pearl Harbor, HI.These positions execute the core ILS workload across provisioning, maintenance engineering, technical data, and supply support functions under the direction of Senior ILS Managers. What will you do? Develop and maintain MIPs, MRCs, and Logistics Obsolescence Analysis Reports (LOARs)
Prepare and manage provisioning technical data (PTD) using
ICAPS-CS
across all
AN/SQQ-89
configurations
Coordinate NAVSUP and TSA interfaces for NSN establishment and stock number management
Execute APL/AEL maintenance, FLIS file change requests, and supply support data updates
Support LORA analysis and depot certification coordination
Manage OMMS-NG data entries and ILS audit preparation
Support warehouse operations, inventory management, and CASREP response (2-hour SLA)
Author and maintain PHS&T documentation and Attachment J-6 coordination
Assist in configuration management functions including CSA database maintenance and ECO package tracking
Support QPRs, ILS Working Groups, and RMC Collaborations with data preparation and action item tracking Do you have what it takes? Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
5 to 15 years of Navy ILS/logistics experience (Bachelor's degree substitutes per program requirements)
Working knowledge of ICAPS-CS, FLIS, and Navy provisioning processes
Experience with MIP/MRC development and Navy maintenance planning documentation
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field preferred
Familiarity with NAVSEA data item descriptions and technical deliverable standards preferred
AN/SQQ-89 or surface ship combat system experience a plus •Position contingent upon contract award• VTG's estimated starting pay range is $46,000-$95,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
