This senior-level role provides high-impact supply chain management expertise to a mission-critical Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program supporting an agency with significant material, property, and logistics needs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and brings deep knowledge of lifecycle supply chain operations within the DoD or IC. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and is in Chantilly, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Support supply chain management operations, as directed. Create high-quality reports, position papers, and executive briefings. Analyze existing supply chain lifecycle processes—including material management, property/warehousing, and transportation management—and identify operational gaps. Recommend and develop strategies for process improvements and operational optimization. Recommend and execute corrective strategies to address audit findings. Review, analyze, and evaluate systems, applications, and SAP training modules; propose improvements as needed. Develop SAP training initiatives and materials, as directed. Conduct process mapping and document areas of improvement. Standardize documentation procedures across supply chain functions. Facilitate biannual property meetings, working groups, and related forums. Assist with planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered for this role. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in the DoD or IC lifecycle logistics and supply chain management. Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and manage large-scale, mission‑critical supply chain operations. Experience collaborating with government stakeholders and executing process improvements in compliance‑driven environments. Strong communication skills with experience preparing professional briefings and reports.
Target salary range:
$160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
