Job Description

The Manager, Infrastructure Governance & FinOps serves as the centralized control-plane governance function within Family Dollar's Infrastructure Engineering organization. This is a unique, high-trust role designed with intentional independence — operating without dedicated direct reports to preserve separation of duties, eliminate conflicts of interest, and ensure objective oversight across all infrastructure engineering teams and BPO partners. This role provides the VP of Infrastructure Engineering & Operations with an independent, consolidated view of vendor performance, technology spend, asset health, and contractual obligations across all domains: Hybrid Cloud, Network Engineering, Automation, and Retail/Edge environments. It is the single source of truth for governance intelligence across a multi million infrastructure portfolio spanning 7,400+ stores, 9 distribution centers, 2 data centers, and 3 public cloud platforms. This is not an operational role.
