Logistic Ops Administrator Constellis United States, Virginia, Herndon 13530 Dulles Technology Drive (Show on map) Jul 11, 2026 POSITION SUMMARY The Logistics Operations Admin will be responsible with the oversight of uniform ordering and issuance, scheduling meetings and events, processing data, providing training and creating supporting documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides logistical support to assigned projects including but not limited to shipping and receiving uniforms, Costpoint requisitioning, and inventory maintenance.
Single point of entry for submission and tracking of all local uniform requirements
Liaison with program management, and Operations in support of programs
Tracks and promotes progress of employee award bonuses.
Communicates quarterly Compliance Training status for GSS operations team.
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments for all programs and projects assigned
Tracks data, analyzes, produces reports and communicates results in an accurate and timely manner.
Track and account for all gear movements for assigned domestic operational sites
Generate logistics reports for each program to support downrange visibility of materials
Coordinate with Operations and Recruiting to order uniforms and equipment for new hires.
Assists field personnel by providing information and connecting them with the appropriate back-office departments when necessary.
Advise employees on care and preservation of equipment received, stored and shipped.
Assist with physical inventory at regularly scheduled intervals
Assist with all inventory audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and compliance
Identify potential issues that may impact performance and resolves or escalates as necessary
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma.
A minimum of four years of experience in logistics management required
Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, processes, and procedures in support of international operations
Must possess excellent math skills, and proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Experience with Costpoint and Cognos are a plus.
Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push, or move objects up to 30 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools.
