Overview:
Site Logistics Coordinator to support operations within a data center environment in Manassas, Virginia. This role is responsible for coordinating material movement, inventory management, receiving activities, storage organization, and logistics support to ensure efficient operations across data center facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive deliveries physically and systematically within the data center environment Receive and process devices and consumable materials Ensure materials are secured and stored appropriately upon delivery Expedite shipments and perform physical material verification activities through warehouse locations Maintain organized and accurate storage areas Create and manage physical project pallets Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials to other sites and warehouse locations Support urgent data center operations material requests and escalate issues appropriately Perform inventory accuracy activities Conduct weekly inventory scans of devices Complete cycle counts in inventory systems according to scheduled inventory programs Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across onsite and warehouse locations Process physical and systematic Return to Stock activities Complete Return to Stock rack transactions Process unused project materials through Return to Stock procedures Maintain accurate records and inventory documentation Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to support business objectives
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain support Experience receiving, tracking, and managing physical inventory Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to lift and move material as required in a data center or warehouse environment Experience working with inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting data center operations Experience with material handling and shipping coordination Understanding of inventory cycle count processes and discrepancy investigations Experience supporting technology hardware environments Familiarity with warehouse and logistics best practices

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
