We are seeking a Customer Fulfillment Technician to manage the end-to-end logistics, preparation, and deployment of IoT devices used within our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with connected devices and light technical workflows in a fast-paced technology environment. About The Role The Customer Fulfillment Technician ensures that all hardware shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, devices are properly configured prior to customer delivery, and inventory levels are maintained to support operational needs. This role works closely with our Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure seamless device provisioning and fulfillment across our customer base.
What You'll Do Device Fulfillment:
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments of IoT devices, accessories, and related hardware.
Device Preparation:
Prepare, configure, and validate IoT devices prior to customer deployment.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, device status, and supply requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure timely device provisioning and fulfillment.
Quality Assurance:
Perform basic device troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks before shipment.
Logistics Coordination:
Track shipments, manage logistics partners, and ensure on-time delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
Process Documentation:
Assist in documenting hardware setup processes, device handling procedures, and operational checklists.
RMA Support:
Support return merchandise authorization (RMA) workflows, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returned devices.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes and improve operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Experience in logistics, hardware operations, warehouse/fulfillment, or a related field Familiarity with IoT devices, sensor hardware, or connected systems preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using software tools for tracking inventory, shipments, and device status Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Basic technical aptitude — able to follow device configuration steps and operate simple diagnostic tools Proficient with MacOS Non-smoking is a firm requirement Nice to Have Experience in a SaaS, tech, or hardware-enabled services company Knowledge of IoT ecosystems or sensor technologies Prior experience with RMA processes or hardware asset management Salary Range $65,000-$75,000
