Position Summary :

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, including production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities :

Manage order placement and create/release purchase orders based on inventory plans and customer demand Develop and maintain production schedules and inventory plans; proactively identify shortages and implement recovery actions Coordinate with vendors and China partners on negotiations, production updates, and issue resolution Coordinate international shipments and manage container activities, verifying product details, backorders and delivery timelines to ensure accurate fulfillment Maintain accurate data within SAGE and Netstock systems Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making in a timely manner Track compliance documentation Lead and assist with sourcing projects including product research, quote collection, and vendor analysis Contribute to SOP and process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions Serve as a key contact for internal teams regarding supply chain inquiries All other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing or inventory planning roles Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Netstock, or similar) and strong Excel proficiency (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis) Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities in high volume Experience with PO management, order tracking, and supplier coordination Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions Strong analytical skills, being able to identify trends and apply insights Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work across language barriers Flexible and adaptable; willing to support evolving business needs
