About the RoleWe are looking for a Resident Coordinator I (RCI) to join our team and be a part of our clients healing journeys. As an RCI, you'll supervise residents within AMFMs Transitional Living Homes, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic living environment. You'll work closely with clinical and management staff to help residents stay on track with their recovery programs and maintain a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Resident Coordinator I, youll:
Safely transport residents to daily activities, ensuring punctuality and securitySupport clients and their families through communication and intervention, including crisis supportMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environmentLead and document recovery-focused groups and activitiesObserve and report client behavior, medication effects, and daily participationCollaborate with the clinical team and nursing staffEnsure residents adhere to schedules and attend all recovery-based activitiesProvide orientation to new residents and review emergency protocolsUse Lightning Step (our electronic health record system) for accurate documentationUphold Joint Commission standards and emergency management proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelors in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Services preferredPossess valid drivers license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
Background check through ADP Selective Screening Services, and those required by State and Federal guidelines.
