COMPENSATION
$22 - $29 HOURLY Role OverviewWe are seeking an Inventory Planner for a position focused on supporting a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. The mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities globally. This role is integral to the supply chain and inventory management processes that support production schedules. Key ResponsibilitiesPhysically move and expedite materials to support production and meet work order completion schedules.
Verify all materials are correctly packaged, bagged, and tagged for handoff to the production floor.
Utilize proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually manage warehouse tasks and part movements.
Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies.
Communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and hand carts.
Required QualificationsEducation:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, or alternatively, 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
Technical Skills:
Experience with the MS Office Professional Suite, including using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data, is required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, warehousing, or inventory control.2+ years of experience using MS Excel, with the ability to navigate and interpret data.
Work ScheduleThis position requires day shift coverage from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, working Wednesday through Saturday. Additional RequirementsDue to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
