Full Job Description Admin Office Assistant Qualifications:
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Office Excel and Outlook Good attention to detail, organization and accuracy Able to communicate with customers and coworkers effectively and professionally Work with others as a team and independently Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize daily tasks Our Admin Assistant should be someone that can handle a changing environment, that can also be fast paced at times. And able to work with our Operations Manager and office staff. 100% Drug free company (pre-employment and random drug testing) Duties will include but not limited to: Data entry, order processing, customer service, using multi line phone system, invoicing, appointment scheduling. Communicate with vendors and customers daily, tracking and coordinating shipping & receiving. Processing new orders Track and update reports and maintain files Responsible for avoiding and resolving issues and discrepancies
