full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Support Coordinator to assist with daily supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in supporting purchasing activities, inventory management, logistics coordination, and documentation processes to help ensure efficient material flow throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Support daily purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities. Support logistics operations by coordinating shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities. Maintain accurate supply chain records, documentation, and data within company systems. Assist with supplier communications regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements. Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, shipments, or supplier information. Generate reports and provide administrative support for supply chain, procurement, and inventory functions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Collaborate with purchasing, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to support business objectives. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred. Previous experience supporting supply chain, purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, or operations functions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience working with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
