Come drive with us! Sky Harbor Shuttle is looking for a caring and compassionate person to fill the role of Client Transportation Specialist . We are looking to fill one full time positions. As a Driver , you will carry out these responsibilities: Convey passengers to and from medical appointments. Assist ambulatory and wheelchair bound passengers in loading and unloading. Maintain communication with the dispatcher or manager. Carry out regular check of the shuttle vehicle before and after each day's run. Communicate with dispatchers to relate information about vehicles, passengers, road conditions, etc. Obey all traffic rules and regulations guiding the operation of shuttle services in his/her assigned area. Dress in a neat and professional manner and maintain an above average level of customer service. Maintain clean driving record Drive long distances The skills that you will be bring with you to be successful: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have off-street parking for an assigned vehicle. Ability to work in highly demanding environment. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining composure. A valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving history is necessary (required) Hands-on experience driving shuttles or any kind of car - sedan, limo or bus is preferred. Wheelchair lift operation experience is a plus! Be willing to work flexible shifts including Saturdays. Must have a smart phone (stipend provided) Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, including for marijuana, pursuant to federal DOT standards regarding safety-sensitive positions. Must be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposes.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday, day shifts. Rotating weekends.

This position requires a clean driving record with no more than one traffic violation or ticket in the past two years. Are you able to provide a driving record from your licensing state that reflects no more than one violation or ticket in the past two years? This position serves vulnerable adults and/or minors and is therefore subject to a criminal background check. A list of disqualifying crimes can be found under Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 388-113 Disqualifying Crimes Guide. Are you able to pass a criminal background check pursuant to the above guide?
