Supply Chain Coordinator:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a key position that supports our multi-site and multi-state dental offices. This is a great position for someone seeking to grow in the Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement fields or for someone with prior experience in this areas seeking a flexible, part time schedule.

Part Time:

This is a part time (20 hours per week) position with a daytime schedule that can be customized to the hired employee.

Pay Range:

$25 -$35 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities of the

Position:

Working as Part Time Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supply chain activities supporting the ongoing needs of our dental and operations teams in the field. Managing inventory, placing, expediting and fulfilling orders, receiving and shipping inventory Supports the organization by requisitioning supplies, equipment and services Administering supply chain and procurement functions, including estimating/quoting prices and sourcing products Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs Participating in continuous improvement projects including Lean optimizations such as 5S Serves as a liaison for Supply Chain with other teams and customers. Effectively presents information and fields questions in a thoughtful and professional manner Initiates, coordinates, and executes supply chain requests Provides guidance to staff within the latitude of established work area and policies. Works on a wide range of assignments that are at times difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations in order to reach departmental goals.

Background and Experience:
