About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that materials flow seamlessly from arrival to final delivery. You will leverage your expertise in inventory management and material handling to maintain operational efficiency and support our production goals. Responsibilities Oversee the intake of incoming freight, performing thorough inspections to ensure quality and quantity accuracy against purchase orders. Optimize warehouse organization by accurately logging and stocking inventory to facilitate rapid retrieval and order fulfillment. Execute the end-to-end shipping process, including precise order packaging, label generation, and carrier coordination to meet delivery timelines. Drive continuous improvement by conducting regular cycle counts and resolving discrepancies in stock levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with production teams to synchronize shipping schedules and prioritize urgent outbound shipments. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization, ensuring all activities comply with OSHA regulations. Qualifications Required Skills 1-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environment. Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management software and barcode scanning technology. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Preferred Skills Strong analytical skills with a focus on mathematical accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting. Prior experience in high-volume order fulfillment and freight logistics.
