Where You'll Make a Difference Serve as the primary interface between Site Operations, Manufacturing Technology, and Supply Chain Planning, ensuring effective daily collaboration. Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with plant capacity, constraints, and demand requirements. Convert planned orders into executable process orders and ensure readiness for production. Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans based on real-time production performance and changes. Optimize production schedules considering material availability, operational priorities, and business objectives. Coordinate planning activities with maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and operational constraints. Identify and proactively resolve issues related to inventory, raw materials, quality, and plant performance. Ensure continuous communication of schedule updates and risks across stakeholders. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within manufacturing environments. Knowledge of SAP systems and transactions Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations. Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs. Effective communication skills in business English, with strong collaboration capabilities. How You Would Stand Out Knowledge of SAP systems and transactions Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
