Transform customer support into a seamless experience! As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for real-time support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You will help ensure a smooth user experience and participate in software testing and validation.

What you will be doing:

Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve issues. Proactively follow up with customers to resolve open items. Stay up to date on new features and communicate updates to customers. Test and troubleshoot new features to ensure release readiness. Research client usage and follow up to ensure optimal software utilization. Learn and follow all procedures related to technical support.

What you will likely bring:

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in supporting technology. Industry knowledge/experience. Customer experience skills. Knowledge of specific system application fundamentals and business processes. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience in a support environment with high call volumes desired.
