Duties will include:

Answer incoming phone calls to schedule client transportation to and/or from appointments in a professional manner. Accurately obtain, document and update information from customers such as client demographics, destinations, appointment times, special needs, etc. Timely dispatch/schedule drivers for client transportation via phone or text message according to drivers' availability and location. Adjust schedules in response to customer changes, staff illnesses or emergencies. Provide quality customer service by maintaining sufficient knowledge of appointment and driver locations. Maintain and build effective working relationships with customers, clients and staff. Must have punctual and consistent attendance. Organization skills, follow through and attention to detail is a must. Be self-motivated, able to multi-task with frequent interruptions and work without constant supervision.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
