Corporate Overview Mastip Inc. is a global hot runner supplier, supporting OEMs, custom injection molders, and mold builders. Mastip's focus is to provide exceptional solutions for hot runner applications, industry leading customer service and satisfaction, and continuously develop advanced solutions for complex injection molding applications. Job Description Mastip is seeking a Logistics & Sales Coordinator to support the sale and shipment of systems, spare parts, and additional components and products to our customers throughout the US and additional destinations. Inventory management is also a crucial part of this role to ensure accurate inventory and availability of parts and components for sale and delivery. This role works with the entire team from assembly, service, sales, accounting, and includes Mastip's corporate team in New Zealand. The ideal candidate for this role will be customer service and detail oriented. Response time for inquiries and orders is critical to maintain reputation as a customer service leader. Logistics and inside sales experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate with a positive, self-motivated, and team-positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries for spare parts, provide a quote and leadtime
- Fulfill sale, package, and ship
- Support sales team, service, and assembly with availability of parts and components
- Work with accounting to ensure invoices and orders for manufacturing are placed in a timely and complete manner.
- Inventory management to ensure accuracy
- Answering calls
- This role will provide back up in other areas when necessary Qualifications
- High School Education (Minimum)
- Working knowledge of international and local airfreight and shipping
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to learn Mastip programs
- Positive attitude with the desire to work as a team
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication. Self-motivated, time management, and reliable
- Ability to work on-site between 8-5. Hours may vary with exceptions.
- Ability to commute, and reasonably located to Jackson, WI Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for company benefits after 30 days, including 3 weeks of annual vacation and 5 days Paid Time Off per year.
