Job Description

Supply Chain Co-op:
We offer several co-op term options to accommodate various academic schedules. All positions are fully on site in Fitchburg, WI.
Options are as follows:
1)
Spring Term:
Full-time January 2027
  • August 2027 2)
Fall Term:
Full-time June 2027
  • December 2027 3) Full year: Full-time June 2027
  • August 2027, then Part-time
  • September 2027
  • May 2028
  • Part-time requires a minimum of 10 hours/week and a maximum of 29 hours/week Must be enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's program with good academic standing and be able to work on site in Fitchburg, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project work focused on improving the performance of current supply chain material planning systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing business process efficiencies. Support the development and implementation of new technology tools to optimize supply planning and purchasing operations. Work closely with buyers and planners to assist in tactical functions including order management. Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for supply chain improvements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement. Help maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
