Job Description

Primary Responsibilities This position oversees and coordinates 2-3 third-party logistics (3PL) employees with the responsibility for end-to-end material flow execution - including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes. Process inbound receipts/verify accuracy vs PO/Pack Slip, and process outbound shipments. Document and communicate inventory overages and shortages; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure on time and accurate order fulfillment Ensure alignment with the Supply Chain Planning team on material availability and shipment priorities Create and process outbound shipping documentation, including goods issues in SAP Maintain schedule of outbound shipments with delivery providers Own inventory control processes, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation Execute and maintain accurate inventory records and system balances Serve as the Materials KPI and data owner, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and reporting consistency Provide daily direction, oversight, and performance feedback to 3PL warehouse personnel
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment ERP shipping and receiving experience Proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve common goalsPreferred Qualifications:
