Job Description

Attention creative and adventurous tool makers! Do you dream of a job that offers flexibility and security? Look no further! Our 100-year-old company is seeking a talented tool maker with a love for sheet metal stamping. As our tool maker, you'll be able to flex your creative muscles and design precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for our sheet metal stamping production. Plus, you'll get to repair existing tools and work with our engineering and production teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise. Not only will you be an integral part of our team, but you'll also have the opportunity to identify process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste. And let's not forget about the perks - a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the stability of working for a 100-year-old company where you can enjoy a clean and climate-controlled environment! We're looking for a journeyman tool maker with a minimum of 5 years of experience. While proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant design and manufacturing tools is a plus, we understand that not everyone may have mastered these skills. Don't worry! We are committed to investing in our employees' growth and development, and if you're not proficient in CAD/CAM, we'll provide the necessary training to get you up to speed. What we're really looking for is someone who is passionate about their craft and has a strong attention to detail. If you're eager to learn and willing to bring your creative ideas to the table, we want to hear from you! So what are you waiting for? and join our team of tool making rockstars!
