- Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
- Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed due to delays, equipment breakdowns, or material shortages
- Communicate schedule updates to production, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory staff to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Track performance against the schedule and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain ERP or scheduling system accuracy with real-time updates
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports on scheduling status and KPIs Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Qualifications Education and /or Experience
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred but not required
- Minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in related field within manufacturing setting
- Experience with
ERP / MRP
systems required Epicor preferred but not required- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience required
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Word
- Fluency in English (read & write)
- Analytical skills
- Lean Manufacturing training and/or experience not necessary, but a plus.
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects and priorities and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
- Accurate data entry skills required
