Logistics Experience Required

• JDEdwards experience preferred First Shift full-time
• $22.50 an hour Contract position lasting 9 to 12 months This is an ONSITE position
• must live within 50 mile radius of Plymouth to be considered

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and coordinate transport for controlled in-bound/out-bound deliveries of raw materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, customer deliveries, and other items used in the manufacturing process at company sites and co-manufacturer Analyze and optimize the selection of transportation mode and specific carriers based on cost, transit time, equipment availability, geography, and need Receive product into outside storage facilities through JDE Resolve freight delays, carrier problems, customer inquiries, or vendor issues; escalate risks or opportunities as appropriate Complies with all company Safety, HACCP, and GMP policies Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to management or other individuals authorized to initiate action To be considered, please send your qualified resume to sheboygan@flexstaff.com or apply online at www.flexstaff.com #Sheboygan1 Minimum 1-year related experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation preferred Understanding of logistics concepts and planning tools and software (WMS, TMS) Minimum 6 months JDE experience High School Diploma or GED certificate required Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
