As one of our Logistics Specialists, you will ensure that every order gets where it needs to go—accurately and on time! You'll help manage shipping and receiving, process documentation, generate pick lists, create customer invoices, and maintain inventory records that keep our warehouse operations efficient and reliable. What You'll Do:
Check in drivers Retrieve and print orders to be shipped each day, including labels, bills of lading, and related paperwork Ensure all outbound shipments meet carrier and customer requirements Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays and discrepancies between physical inventory and system records Maintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveries Prioritize and distribute orders and paperwork to warehouse staff Enter and maintain accurate data for inventory updates, shipment routing, and delivery confirmations Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including customs documentation and import/export requirements Arrange transportation with carriers and freight providers, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery Research chargeback disputes and coordinate corrective actions Support special projects as requested Assist in the warehouse as needed with containers, receiving, small parcel shipments, freight shipments, and other activities Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent verbal communication skills Effective written communication skills Valid driver's license Knowledge of warehouse operations Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems Forklift experience preferred
