About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Custom Cut Sauna Drafter to join our team. This role is essential in transforming sales concepts into fully realized custom sauna designs, creating 3D models, production drawings, supporting production, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Key Responsibilities Interpret sales-provided data to develop custom sauna designs, including detailed 3D renderings tailored to customer specifications. Generate accurate quotes based on completed drawings, ensuring alignment with design requirements and production capabilities. Act as the communication bridge between production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely information flow and consistency across departments. Process order information and create all necessary production documents with precision, supporting efficient and accurate manufacturing. Manage and maintain the production schedule, coordinating deadlines, capacity, and workflow to meet delivery commitments. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with SolidWorks and the ability to create accurate 3D models and technical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including data organization, documentation, and reporting. Experience with data entry and business systems, including platforms such as Dynamics 365.
