Position Overview Spettro LLC is seeking a Senior Logistician to support an Army program office focused on the lifecycle management of defense collection systems. This position is responsible for full lifecycle logistics management including procurement, fielding, inventory accountability, property management, and sustainment activities in support of Army identity dominance missions. Responsibilities Develop, initiate, integrate, and manage all logistics actions associated with lifecycle management of defense collection systems. Coordinate between purchasing agents, field technicians, and engineers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of collection devices. Perform property audits and maintain inventory records for both Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP). Maintain databases for equipment tracking, statistical usage, and metrics reporting. Research system and parts availability for initial procurement and replacement materials through established government and commercial channels, including CHESS. Manage fielding support services including acquisition, inventory, delivery, installation, and property book reconciliation. Coordinate shipment of equipment in compliance with DoD packaging, handling, storage, and transportation standards. Support New Equipment Training (NET) activities and on-site training as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or seven (7) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Seven (7) years of relevant experience in logistics with demonstrated expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and system lifecycle support in a DoD environment. Proficiency with

Module and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Experience with supply support planning, technical logistical data, and packaging, handling, storage, and transportation requirements. Experience sustaining and sunsetting hardware and software systems. Active Secret clearance required at time of application. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the DoD identity and collection systems community or with interagency stakeholders. Familiarity with Army Total Package Fielding (TPF) processes including New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET). Experience with CHESS procurement processes and Army property accountability regulations (AR 710-1, AR 710-4, AR 735-5).
