Videos Duties Help The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance production management, to achieve or maintain desired production levels, to serve as an equipment readiness expert for units supported by the facility, and to provide technical guidance and oversight to a lower-graded Production Controller. (1) Establishes plans and schedules for maintenance and repair, using multiple process production methods and procedures for a variety of vehicles and equipment such as comb vehicles, heavy-duty engineering and mobile equipment, tracked vehicles, towed and self-propelled artillery, communicions and electronic equipment, guided missile systems, and small arms. (2) Ensures Modified Table of Organizion and Equipment (MTO&E) or Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) reportable Line-Item Numbers (LIN) are properly managed, reported and accounted for with respect to readiness reports, property accountability reports, and system management. (3) Programs workload, shop space, and available personnel on a short and long-term basis. (4) Ensures th unit Class 9 (CL IX) accounts are funded, budgeted, and executed to maximize readiness. (5) Designes and maintains current maintenance priorities by Force Activity Designor, pacing items, Equipment Readiness Codes (ERC) A, B, and C equipment type, available funds, commander's priority, ste/nional priorities (in the case of floods, fires, and mobilizions), and unit supported.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT & NOTES
Technicians are paid through Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (DD/EFT). Military Technicians are ineligible for military enlistment, retention, and student loan repayment bonuses. Acceptance of a Technician position over 180 days will result in suspension or terminion of these military incentives. Area 2 : Permanent and indefinite Wyoming Nional Guard (NG) T32 Dual Stus technicians employed within the Wyoming Army Nional Guard. Area 4 : Current Drill Stus Airmen and M-day soldiers of the Wyoming Nional Guard. Area 6 : Current military members of the United Stes military branches or prior service members of one of those military branches. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Army Nional Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Work involves planning, estiming, scheduling, and expediting the use of manpower, machines, and merials in the fabricion or repair of equipment and supply items by mechanical production methods.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must possess experience, educion or training which indices the candide can reason in quantitive terms, communice orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner, understanding the terminology and da pertaining to repair operions and process characteristics of the production activity.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
GS-07: Must possess experience, educion or training working with people from various levels and backgrounds. Experience with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control da. Experience assisting or maintaining workflow. GS-09: Must possess experience, educion or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordining products or merials from support activities. Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility. Experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in merials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes. Experience with current automion support programs to input da, provide stus of equipment, and monitor job order stus, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts stus, etc.
