Who were looking for:

M&S Machining is looking for a motivated candidate to lead the company's shipping activity. A candidate would be expected to work independently to make packaging and logistics decisions in a fast pace, ever-changing environment. M&S produces a large variety of components of varying values which encourage well planned shipping decisions.

What you'll be doing: Quickly learn and apply knowledge to related shipping and receiving requirements as needed. Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift products that are 50+lbs. Ensuring customer deliveries are not delayed. Quickly analyzing product complexity and value to make strategic packaging decisions. Tracking and managing outside services and vendors to ensure OTD and Quality. Operate a forklift safely and effectively. Utilizing QuickBooks, Excell, and google sheets effectively. Working in a fast-paced environment.

Favorable if you have:

Experience working in a high mix low volume manufacturing environment. Understanding of military customer shipping requirements. Broad logistics experience to include FTL, LTL, Ground, and dedicated load. Not From the Area? M&S Machining offers relocation assistance for qualified individuals!
